• Cash on Delivery (COD) available across India.
• COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are correct.
• Keep the payable amount ready at the time of delivery.
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
• Repeated fake or refused COD orders may lead to COD restriction on future purchases.
• Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for COD.
• If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

• Returns are accepted only if the original tags are attached. Returns will not be accepted if the tags have been removed.
  
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 5–7 days of receiving the product.
  
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with original packaging.
  
• We offer Size Exchange Only. Exchanges for a different product, color, or design are not available.
  
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product due to an issue from our end, we will provide a replacement or accept the return after verification.
  
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
